At 2 Wolves Performance, our passion for sports started at a young age. We wanted to create a business that would allow us to share our love for sports and the game of lacrosse with others. We started small, "in the dirt" as Coach Jack would say, offering free small group and private sessions to see if we had something. Over time, we grew

At 2 Wolves Performance, we believe that sports have the power to change lives. We are committed to providing high-quality and affordable training to athletes of all levels, youth to professional. We teach the game of lacrosse, and guide the athlete to discovering how they move best playing the game. The art of movement, rhythm, and pace

As a byproduct of our energy and care for each athlete, we often challenge the athletes to develop their confidence through a series of off the field tools and mental strategies,

Brennan O’Neill Winter Break training sessions, translating to his game-tying and game-winning goals just weeks later against Denver this spring season. Training creates habits - you resort to them under pressure. Practice as close to how it will happen in the game, in your training.

WHAT IS 2 WOLVES PERFORMANCE?

2 WOLVES PHILOSOPHY

As athletes, we all move differently. There is no one form or one way that works for everyone. It's our belief that we find our best version of our game somewhere between the fundamentals/mechanics, and how we move best athletically, executing the technique with our own style. We teach the art of movement, pace, and timing. Angles, and the ability to use our bodies and use deception. And the ability to control the energy, transfer, and redirect it, safely, and with precision.

Beyond movement, we teach the game of lacrosse, and all of the game's situations, focusing on providing repetitive decision-making situations and reps for the athlete to discover their style and generating muscle memory. For when the situation presents itself in-game, the athlete feels comfortable in making the right decision, leading to developing confidence through the knowing that the work and proper preparation is behind it.

Coach Jack's Background

 Jack Kensil is a multi-sport performance coach specializing in skill development, speed, and strength training. Jack played 4 years of Division 1 lacrosse at Marist College as an attackman and was heavily recruited for football by Division 1 colleges across the country coming out of high school. Jack has several years of experience working with rotational athletes such as pitchers and baseball players, varying from youth to current MLB prospects and minor leaguers. Jack has worked with athletes of all sports being represented in the NFL, NBA, MLB, PLL, MLL, NCAA and more. He believes in providing his athletes with full spectrum training: on-field performance, speed and strength, and classroom style education techniques. Jack has a knack for being personable, relatable, and creating long-lasting relationships with his athletes. Prior to opening 2 Wolves Performance, Coach Jack was a performance coach at Velocity Sports Performance and later Director of Speed and Multi-Sport development at 4DSports NY. He worked in sports television production at NBC Sports for 4 years, where he spent much of his time interviewing and meeting with some of the best athletes and coaches in the world, including Olympic medalists, NFL coaches and players, and golf’s highest members of the PGA Tour. Jack brings a wide variety of knowledge and experience, along with a strong reputation to the lacrosse community and is dedicated to building strong, confident athletes and producing proven training methods. His philosophy includes the power of grounding yourself in a positive mindset, creating positive habits, and doing the right things on and off the field.

We empower young athletes to be the best versions of themselves, one day at a time. The goal is to inspire each athlete to explore the consistent (every day), persistent (without quit), pursuit of their potential - by improving their physical speed and strength, mental and emotional athleticism, leadership qualities, and the power of belief in themselves and the world at large. 


We train with purpose. We train to inspire. We train to compete. We develop body control, linear speed and explosiveness, proper mechanics and technique. 


In our lacrosse training, we separate ourselves from the rest. By combining our performance training knowledge and applying it to lacrosse movements, we not only teach the skills, but maximize them with proper technique. Tied to a deep connection and knowledge of the game of lacrosse, 2 Wolves Performance is why 300+ local athletes and thousands around the country continue to train with Coach Jack and the team. With 2 Wolves Performance, the athlete will gain confidence, increase their muscle memory and skillset to perform at the highest level, and pursue their true potential.
