It is the 2 Wolves philosophy that we understand that it is far more important that we are better people first, and better athletes second. This process starts with belief in oneself, goal setting and the desire to have the world be a better place because we were here. Coach Jack believes it is a fundamental principle of life and the human condition that we become what we think about. In order to leave an impact on the world, we must be the best versions of ourselves. Coach Jack's ability to relate and listen to his athletes is what separates him from the rest of the fitness industry. He wants to see all of his athletes reach THEIR GOALS, so he takes the time to ask them questions like: How can I best serve you? What do you absolutely have to have? Do you believe in you, like I believe in you? From there, we create your individualized speed training, strength training, lacrosse training, football training, personal training journey based on YOUR goals.
Jack Kensil is a multi-sport performance speed, strength and skills coach. Jack played 4 years of Division 1 lacrosse at Marist College as an attackman and was heavily recruited for football by Division 1 colleges across the country coming out of high school. As a football coach, Jack specializes in Wide Receivers, Defensive Backs and kicking specialists, allowing him to exercise his knowledge in all areas of the game. Jack has several years of experience working with rotational athletes such as pitchers and baseball players, varying from youth to current MLB prospects. Jack has worked with athletes of all sports being represented in the NFL, NBA, MLB, PLL, MLL, NCAA and more. He believes in providing his athletes with full spectrum training: on-field performance, speed and strength training, and classroom style education techniques. Jack has a knack for being personable, relatable, and creating long-lasting relationships with his athletes. This ability comes from his years of work in sports television production at NBC Sports, where he spent much of his time interviewing and meeting with some of the best athletes and coaches in the world, including Olympic medalists, NFL coaches and players, and golf’s highest members of the PGA Tour. Jack brings a wide variety of knowledge and experience to the performance training industry and is dedicated to building strong, sport specific programs and training methods. His philosophy includes the power of grounding yourself in a positive mindset, creating positive habits, and doing the right things on and off the field. Jack is currently the Asst. Coach of the Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team at Mahopac High School, Offensive Coach of the 2021 MADDOG Boys National Team, Coach of the 2025 Lady Predators Lacrosse Club.

The goal is to inspire each athlete to explore the consistent (every day), persistent (without quit), pursuit of their potential - by improving their physical speed and strength, mental and emotional athleticism, leadership qualities, and the power of belief in themselves and the world at large.
We train with purpose. We train to inspire. We train to compete. We develop body control, linear speed and explosiveness, proper mechanics and technique.
In our lacrosse training, we separate ourselves from the rest. By combining our performance training knowledge and applying it to lacrosse movements, we not only teach the skills, but maximize them with proper technique. Tied to a deep connection and knowledge of the game of lacrosse, 2 Wolves Performance is built differently. With 2 Wolves Performance, the athlete will gain confidence, increase their muscle memory and skill set to perform at the highest level, their true potential.
