2 Wolves Performance incorporates speed and performance into every session. Athletes looking to increase their speed and strength can schedule a functional movement assessment with Coach Jack, and receive a comprehensive 3-month training program membership to the Wolves of Wellness Program. Performance programs are updated each month tailored to their progress, specific goals, and sport specific training methods.
1 on 1 or small group training with up to 6 athletes based on their skill, position, and sport. Small groups decided on by Coach Jack based on best interest of the athlete.
Team training sessions can be speed and strength based, skills based, or a combination of both. Coach Jack provides the equipment needed, unless the school/program is providing a weight room. Out of state training sessions/clinics available!

Can't train with Coach Jack directly? This is the next best option. Coach Jack will help elevate your game by providing drills specific to your game, assist in the breakdown of your film, provide film studies of offensive concepts such as sets, off-ball movement, timing and space, and how to attack your matchups. The program is different for each player, specific to you. Recruiting mentorship and education, bi-monthly coaching video calls, and access to The One You Feed mindset course is included.
