2 Wolves Performance incorporates speed and performance into every session. Athletes looking to increase their speed and strength can schedule a functional movement assessment with Coach Jack, and receive a comprehensive 3-month training program membership to the Wolves of Wellness Program. Performance programs are updated each month tailored to their progress, specific goals, and sport specific training methods.

1 on 1 or small group training with up to 6 athletes based on their skill, position, and sport. Small groups decided on by Coach Jack based on best interest of the athlete.

Team training sessions can be speed and strength based, skills based, or a combination of both. Coach Jack provides the equipment needed, unless the school/program is providing a weight room. Out of state training sessions/clinics available!

The 2 Wolves Video Library, but specifically tailored to you by Coach Jack. The private training program is a 1 on 1 development program that will help elevate your level of play by providing drills, practice plans, and points of emphasis specific to your game. Coach Jack will breakdown your game film, provide film studies of offensive concepts such as sets, off-ball movement, timing and space, and how to attack your matchups. The program is different for each player, customized to their game and needs. Direct access to Coach Jack 24/7  includes recruiting mentorship and education, bi-weekly coaching video calls, and access to The One You Feed mindset course to help you become the best version of yourself, on and off the field.

Each practice has a focus, priority and message. Strategically designed to evolve and progress the players on your team, as well as you as a coach.
